Took my son for his 14th birthday with two friends. They all LOVE IT! Very nice clean welcoming place. Lovely fire with comfy chairs and nice coffee. Staff were firm with the kids making sure safety was paramount but was still able to have a laugh and ensure they had fun. Visit included a safety demo/talk about the fire arms and also a overview of some historic and currents facts. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try shooting or for the enthusiast they really do cater forall.
Absolutely brilliant. Came last weekend for a trial shoot. Bought it for my partner and got a free shoot for myself. Glenn was brilliant. Very down to earth, easy going and funny. Makes you feel at ease considering your there shooting firearms. Very safe and very secure. Enjoyed it that much, the Mrs wants to become a full member. Would give it 10 stars if i could
Had a booking for 8 people yesterday evening, we all paid for the £32 try shoot on offer as none of us are members. Awesome time and great fun, management/staff were extremely good and I'd recommend this for anyone who is looking for something new and fun to do. Great range, nice bar (alcohol free) and a decent selection of fire arms. ... 10/10. See more
Brilliant service From Glenn and the rest of the lads at the range, all very friendly and safe for anyone wanting to try out shooting before making the investment of getting your licence and buying a rifle. What a set up they have there also, They have brought a Vegas shooting range to Yorkshire, top of the range gear (excuse the pun). Cheers lads
We had a brilliant time on the ‘try to shoot’ package. We attended for my Grandads 80th birthday. The staff, especially Glenn and Colin were amazing. My Grandad received one to one tuition and was able to shoot the old-style cowboy guns that he had always wanted to shoot. The rest of my family, my brothers, Dad, fiancé and myself extremely enjoyed shooting the Sig 522 Semi Auto Rifles. Definitely 5-star service. We loved it. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks.
Had the try shoot with 7 mates tonight what a experience such a good time and was well informed about the weapon we was using and how to handle a weapon as a first time shooting...

Just back from a “try and shoot” loved it! Great fun at a very secure and well run shooting range, all staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgable in what could be a very intimidating environment for first time shooters. Highly recommended to anyone interested in the sport. I will most certainly be applying for a full membership
Me, my partner and his 16 yr old girl went for my partners 40th and loved it definitely leaves u wanting more!! Upon arrival the man behind the counter was very friendly and instantly made us feel welcome, he also gave us a little history lesson whilst we had a drink on all the shells they had from previous wars which was interesting. When our turn came a different guy gave us a little lesson on the different guns an ammunition but focused mainly on what we would be using... again this gentleman made us feel at ease straight away... then the shooting came... what fun that was... all I can say is... u gotta try this place... young old man woman teenager... guaranteed you'll love it! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience
We had a brilliant experience on the ‘Try shoot’ experience: despite having never shot a firearm before and holding it all wrong at first, Katie managed the smallest group at the end of the shoot! My 70 year old dad and 13 year old niece also had a fab time and we are now considering a family membership to develop our skills further. Thanks for your expert guidance Glenn, I would recommend this to anyone who fancies learning a new skill or just trying something different with family or friends. 👍🏻
